Job Description:

Overview

CGN Advisors is an independent, Fee-Only financial planning and investment management firm headquartered in Manhattan, KS with offices located around the country. We are looking for a part-time Paraplanner for our Client Service division in our Manhattan, KS office. The Paraplanner will primarily be responsible for administrative functions and client service for multiple local and national advisors.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Gather and maintain client data
  • Enter client information into various systems (e.g. CRM, reporting, billing and custodial systems)
  • Assist operations and investments teams with client onboarding
  • Answer routine client questions and service requests
  • Draft financial plans
  • Support upstream teammates

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Current enrollment in Bachelor’s degree program related to financial services field
  • Ability to work 12-18 hours per week
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe and Zoom

Compensation and benefits

  • Compensation is $15.00/hour for first semester, with increases thereafter
