Job Description:
Overview CGN Advisors is an independent, Fee-Only financial planning and investment management firm headquartered in Manhattan, KS with offices located around the country. We are looking for an Associate for our Client Service division. The Associate will primarily be responsible for administrative functions, client service and client relationship management for multiple local advisors. Roles and Responsibilities Gather and maintain client data Enter client information into various systems (e.g. CRM, reporting, billing and custodial systems) Assist operations and investments teams with client onboarding Assist local advisors in managing client relationships and identifying and meeting client needs Answer routine client questions and service requests Support upstream teammates Support marketing and business development efforts Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or equivalent experience (preferred) Good communication skills with a positive attitude General proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe and Zoom Compensation and benefits Compensation range expected to be between $50,000 and $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications, including a fixed salary plus variable base pay 401k with company match Health insurance with company contribution Open PTO plus generous maternity and paternity leave policy Approachable, smart casual work culture Team focused work environment
